Extrusion Dies Industries, LLC is the world's largest and foremost
designer and manufacturer of high performance extrusion die systems.
We are located in both Chippewa Falls, Wisconsin (U.S.A.) and Reichshof-Wehnrath, Germany. Our
Wisconsin facility is approximately 100 miles (160 kilometers) directly
east of the twin cities of Minneapolis & St. Paul, Minnesota.
From our 85,000 ft² (7,900 M²) factory we ship more than
600 die systems per year to all countries of the world. We supply
single and multi-manifold die systems to process thermoplastic, non-thermoplastic,
mono-layer, and coextruded products for film, sheet, pelletizing,
food, extrusion coating and slot die coating applications. In addition,
we also supply ancillary equipment such as coextrusion feedblocks,
dual chamber vacuum boxes, air knives, die cleaning stands, die support
and handling carts. We provide a complete reconditioning service for
our dies as well as competitive brands and maintain an extensive spare
parts inventory.
Our design, sales and service staff includes many experts with over 30 years of experience in plastic processing techniques. We have sales offices and authorized die rework shops strategically located throughout the world.
